  • Staffs and directs sales towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
  • Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area
  • Achieve the targeted revenue, profitability
  • Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Rich experience in Lead Generation & identification of new channel partners.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales.
  • Consistency in meeting set sales targets.
  • Generate profitable new business within the territory by managing sales cycle from lead/enquiry development, sales tours, marketing all product lines, negotiating and closing deals with prospective clients.
  • To leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launches.
  • Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
